Hello from Toowoomba

Post by Glenn »

Our names are Glenn and Louise and you guessed it we live in Toowoomba. For several years we planned on getting a motorhome and travelling this great land. Mid 2011 we picked up a Jayco Conquest and since then we have done only small trips over weekends as we where both still working.

Campbell Newman decided he didn't want Louise working in her government department so she is free from full time employment but I am still working. We have been pimping up the MH with all the bits required for free camping as we are off to Tasmania starting late Jan 2013.

We have received so much help from all the previous forums starting with the CMCA forum as our learning curve was a steep one as we jumped in straight to a motorhome. We hope to see some of you on the road in the future.

Will look forward to it.

And an open invitation to anyone travelling through Toowoomba that require any assistance in relation to mechanical issues or somewhere to park their RV I can be contacted by PM or email. We are just trying to pay back all the help that we have received from RV forum members since we started our RV lifestyle change.

Glen your offer is duly noted & is a wonderful gesture.
May I suggest you take your phone number off the post as it's quite easy for someone to contact you via PM or email anyway.
I'd hate to see you flooded with crappy calls. (this forum isn't a closed shop!)
