well I went and done it. I bought the morrie at tara. yes its gonna be a lot of work and im gonna make it a work of art.
now I need a tandem trailer to take it to wellington.
anyone know someone with one close by me???
I will have 2.5mts by 1.8mtr by 1.8mtrs to play with. already has three caravan style windows in the rear section so that's a great start. im thinking swivel seats for internal seating and double decker single beds up the back to same on space.

You are a brave woman!
Swivel seats will give you extra useable space, you could put a small folding table in the middle and there is your dining area. Our table slides down the back of a narrow cupboard arrangement. We had a dinette arrangement that we took out, as it seemed silly to have both.
Have you thought about an electric bed to go up to the ceiling?. Then you could have a u shaped seating area that doubles up as 2 singles

In our winnie we put a sliding bed/couch in place of the thumping couch bed they had in there. Bed at night couch in day and even a table in front if needed as well.

Re: Morris LD5 van
Maybe we should all come for a holiday at AM's place?
If we bring our toolboxes we can dismantle said vehicle & all carry a piece or two and reassemble it outside some nice licensed liquor outlet?
Once 3/4 cut things will just slide together so much more easily!!!
Now seriously AM ....... where is it & where does it need to go to?
Remember us from down South don't know where Wellington is except near the mouth of the Murray!!!
