A tad more common sense and professionalism would seem to be required. As for the CMCA, seems to me to be nearly too late.

Maybe those close to the bean counters at HQ could verify or refute this, but I seem to recall that at one time, attrition was higher than membership growth. If so, I would be looking for termites in head office.
