Hi Bruce,

I imagine BP had an issue with their Bowsers. The lights were on in the shop, so probably a 3 phase issue with the equipment, or (Gibarco were at the next Servo) they were shut down for running inaccurate equipment. Probably re-opened by now, it has a lot of Truck Lanes, and must be suffering huge loss if income.

The Boundary Rod Servo has very high canopy, maybe 6 metres.

The Boggabilla Servo had no canopy over the new truck lanes. (but the fuel was very cheap, and autogas 20cents cheaper.

Joh will long be remembered. Don't you worry about that :)

Hi, all.

In my mind Jo will always be the bloke who referred to the Crown Of Stars Thornfish, but don't you worry about that.

Those potholes sound serious - we're heading to the Warwick Caltex tonite, Bunnings tomorrow, then to Stanthorpe and hitting the back roads.

Any other rally attendees in the vicinity?

Hi, all.

Stopped here for a couple of (free) days - nice spot with mown grass, dump point and dunnies, and little traffic noise.

FYI the big Caltex 6km north of Warwick had heaps of room at the back, a fresh crop of as yet undeveloped potholes and miles of headroom.
BTW if you look highly stressed, overworked and mutter about f...ing geriatrics on the road you get to use the truckie's shower without being questioned.
See you on the back roads,
