Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!
Why would anyone run MacAfee, it's virus all by itself, you may as well run the Windows antivirus as run MacAfee and ever real computer owner knows how useless that is. There are 894,000 results in a Google search for MacAfee removal tool
I don't mind an apples every so often, but there are so many different fruit out there I don't just eat them exclusively.
As for Apple computers, get serious would you, the 2 words put together are really an oxymoron, that's why they gave them catchy names instead

T.I.Terry - didn't know that, shows I'm unfamiliar with security software - haven't needed any for three years or so. Hang on - must be when I bought the Imac! Fancy that.
If it was the fact Apple had a better system that was virus proof, why didn't they use it when the built the I Phone operating system. Is it possible that Apple computers are such a tiny part of the market that those lay abouts who write virus programs simply couldn't be bothered... yet. you see, the dream of the virus program writer is for someone to see his/her genius and get them their start in the big wide computer world, working for anti virus software companies. How long will it be before they realise just how open and vulnerable Apple users are and they start attacking those systems, how much would they pay to have their very expensive fruit machine up and working again and protected from such attacks again.
Virus protection is getting extremely good for PC now so it's hard to break through, there is a completely unprotected market out there, Linux and Unix and all their clones, the base all Apple operating systems use, someone will see the opportunity begging to be exploited.

1) true
2) from my understanding, that has already occurred.
I tried to love Apple, but failed. I even purchased an iPhone and to be fair, it had some very nice features - B U T it was so darned user H O S T I L E that I just H A T E D it and sold it on eVilBay. The problems some fruitiers put up with (which I sometimes help them out with*) is beyond comprehension why anybody would want to self inflict themselves.
*Window guy helping an IOS - sounds like the blind leading the blind, but it's not - so go figure.

Experience is a wonderful thing. It helps you recognise a mistake when repeated.
