Just got home and opened my Wanderer.

A glossy, coloured annual statement, what the !


This is a club not a company, they have learned nothing.

What a waste of money, bit like sending out new plastic membership cards each year.

And operating expenses are increasing, have. You read and understood what they are spending money on?

Not happy Jan ( or is that Dot) :-)

Russell, you are so right.
My thought on opening it was, bugga they cant give us all the information in the wanderers mate, but they can use expensive paper for an annual report. I really could not give a toss if said report had of been printed on toilet paper, at least then it would have been useful for something!

I'm neutral on the idea.
There were several posts & emails sent to HQ & to directors complaining that the old process was unprofessional and they have compared the process to several other organisations and share holder companies.
It seems they are damned if they do & damned if they do.
I think Keith was one that thought the directors needed to be more professional & to ensure openness was seen to be being done.
At least some change is visable to the members?

We will never belong to a "club" of any description. Cannot stand the politics. We had enough when serving on school, sporting & hospital committees. :lol:
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.
