Geez Dottie, that was one hell of a wait!! How the heck can a procedure that has been booked in be sooooo late?? 7 hours late is just ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I hope you put in a complaint Dottie, God knows how much your friend has been slugged for the carpark!!!!

Yeah was a long day, seems they all get booked in for the same time I was starving and as dry as a jatz cracker. No car park fees at Calvary hosp. She even had a sleep in the car Off button, is there one

Not likely. I think I heard that a hospital down that way needs a new roof and some foreign doctors have applied for relocation back to their own countries as they consider the Talibandaids are less dangerous than our Dot when she is angered. LOL.

I didn't think the wait would be sooooooooo drawn out but it was worth every minute if this works for a good length of time. Looking for at least 12 mths. It was uncomfortable with all the sitting but the worst part was the rumbling tummy and dry mouth. Next time I shall know the whole procedure better and will make adjustments for it Plus I did hear the nurses talking that there had been a complication with a prev patient so that made the waiting more acceptable. Also met a nice lady waiting and turns out she knows people I also know so we had some good laughs to pass the time and because she has had the procedure I was about to have she assured me I would not feel a thing and she was right..
