I see Terry has responded to your questions . At that price Dot, I believe they are the cheaper bottles but give them a call and ask. Like I said, it is far cheaper to have your RV bottles re-certified (they are not the same as the cheap BBQ bottles).

Hi Dot I can confirm for you that the Stratco ones are #4 Bottles which is the Crap end of the scale.
What T1 says is spot on. When you swap get a #2 and hold onto it. Never seen a #1 bottle so assume that those that have them- Guard Them
