Chuck, I've emailed our plans to you. I hope 4mb is not too big for you and I'm sorry they are sideways but I can't work out how to rotate it on the iPad. You should be able to do it in Adobe.

Yep, got it Lesley, & a simple flip worked just fine.

We like your choice &, as I said in my email, agree with the mods you're doing to it - especially the deck. Looks like a lot more people have moved in since we visited there in August 2011. There were only about 3 or 4 living on site & 2 of them were travelling at the time.

Yes, there are about 40 occupied homes I think but Kay told me yesterday that there are now only 5 blocks unspoken for out of a total of 210 sites.That changes though because some people who have signed an Expression of Interest find they cannot proceed for one reason or another. In our case, we were resigned to taking something in Stage 4 because there was nothing left in stage 3 that we fancied. When we went back a few days later our site had just become available because the other person couldn't proceed. Bev and Franz (OzGypsy and FranzH) from CF own a house that has been rented back by Village Management and they have reserved a block in Stage 6. We met them on one of our visits when they were staying on the hard stand prior to going to NZ for a holiday.
