They had already removed over 60kg when they did the battery upgrade

A person may fail many times, they only become a failure when they blame someone else John Burrows

Hmm...
I could definitely live in that house.
Very, very nice & whoever took those photo's did an excellent job.
Hope it sells quick for you.

Re: Gone to hospital
The good news is that we had an offer on the house after the first open home on Saturday and contracts were signed on Tuesday. Now just have to wait for their finance to be approved and to get through the B&P Inspection. http://www.realestate.com.au/property-h ... -116018395 Now the fun job of' packing up can start but today we are heading down the coast for a factory tour at SLR Expedition Vehicles and a look at their caravans then lunch with friends at Southport.

Re: Gone to hospital
I've never liked that 'subject to finance' clause.
In my opinion, people shouldn't sign a contract unless they have already made financial arrangements.
One of my closest friend died of a heart attack which I'm sure was caused by a last minute "can't get finance" .......
Used it as a ploy to reduce the price.
If finance isn't forthcoming I'd demand to see both the application & the letter of refusal.
........... but that's me ............
Good luck & I hope it does go through. Don't start packing just yet tho............
