Incorrect overload rating of supplied circuit breaker / RCBO allowing potential to draw more current than the fly lead rating.
What are the hazards?

The defect may lead to a fire hazard and, if the insulation deteriorates, an electrical shock hazard.

That is a major oops isn't it. For all the discussion about cheater leads and why you shouldn't use one, on just about every MH forum and the manufacturers go and make a major blunder like that. Anyone that has one please ensure that it has 10 amp circuit breaker

There used to be some thing called QUALITY CONTROL,what happened to it? cheers Peter.
