I thought it was one of those jelly type snakes you buy in packets to get that sugar hit while you are driving 8-) not that long back the candles in their candle holders at home went bannana shaped and the ones in the drawers fused in with the paperwork while we were on holidays down the coast, glad we were away for that

Any science buff out there tell me the melting temp of candle-wax?
Mine got bloody close to it!

Was packed in a box I only got around to opening on Saturday. I thought nothing of leaving the candle laying across the top of a part-empty open box of bits & bobs, mainly cans & bottles of wood-finishes for my lathe work. Fortunately, all of the glass bottles survived! Thankfully, most finishes were in steel bottle-shaped containers or car- or boot-polish sized cans.
The trip up must have got a bit bouncy, 'cause the contents of that open box were re-arranged all over the interior of the large box in which it was packed. Took over half an hour to find them all and refill the little box.
No wonder my steel shelves ended up a pretzel shape, and the study desk arrived as matchwood.
