We are planning on getting a reasonable sized shed built at our new place. Not certain on dimensions yet, but probably something like 20m x 15m x 3.2 or 3.6m. It will become our home base & storage facility whilst we travel & rent out the house.

Fair Dinkum Sheds was one potential supplier, but the more I hear about 'shed suppliers' the less comfortable I feel about the franchises. Not just the awful experience that Ray had, but stories of wanting payment upfront & lack of interest in rectifying problems after construction. We are not talking peanuts for the cost of these things, and it seems like a bit of a lottery to avoid the cowboys.

If anyone has any recommendations for companies in the central vic goldfields, specifically Ballarat region I'm all ears.

Hi Cuppa, can't help with local shed builders down there but I do recommend Fair Dinkum sheds. I have two, one is 18m x 18m that I paid to have erected and the other is 9m x 9m that I erected myself. I have first hand experience erecting a 18m x 12m Titan Shed and have looked at many others, I believe the Fair Dinkum sheds leaves the others for dead.
