After spending the day packing, packing, packing, trip to the dump etc., we are have a refreshing ale under our awning at the Lawnton Showgrounds. Dinner tonight will be Honey Soy Chicken with veggies and rice. Movers at the house early tomorrow followed by the big clean.
Cheers

this was on google Dot.
Recipe
In a slow cooker add 1 bottle of your favourite pasta sauce, chopped onion and basil, oregano garlic etc to your taste.
Take 500 grams of mince add 1/3 cup raw white rice, one egg, garlic and Italian herbs.
Make into 12 meatballs and drop into sauce. I cook it for about 4 hours in slow cooker.

Update 3: @ Deb I forgot add 1 can of crushed tomatoes and 1 cup of water to sauce before adding meatballs. They're called Porcupines because the cooked rice sticks out like little quills.
