3 day diet!
Bruce got on scales this morning after finishing his Colonoscopy prep- lost 7kg since starting diet on Fri. Can think of more pleasant ways to lose weight..
Can think of more pleasant ways to lose weight..Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

So, if i followed that diet plan I'd loose 14kg in 6 days? I'd only need to follow the diet for a week and I'd be back to my goal weight if that was the case,
