Hi now that I have got a newly issued password is there a way to change it to one I can maybe remember. Dave

Top right hand corner, "User Control Panel" "Overview" "Profile" Edit "account settings"
If you right click on User control, select the second one in the drop down menu, "Open in new tab" it will open another entry into the forum in your user control window. That way you can swap between the 2 windows to see what the next step is
