The Madam opened the brothel door to see a frail, elderly gentleman.
"Can I help you?" she asked.
"I want Natalie." the old man replied.
"Sir, Natalie is one of our most expensive ladies. Are you sure you wouldn't like someone else?"
"No," he said, "I must see Natalie."
Just then, Natalie appeared and announced to the old man that she charges $1,000 a visit.
Without blinking, the old man reached into his pocket and produced ten brand-new $100 notes.
The two went up to a room, and an hour later the old man calmly left.
The next night, he appeared again, demanding to see Natalie.
Natalie explained that no-one had ever come back for her two nights in a row, and there would be no discount... it was still $1,000 an hour.
Again the old man produced a wad of new $100 notes, and the two went up to her room. An hour later, he left quietly.
When he showed up for the third consecutive night, no-one could believe it.
Again he handed Natalie a stack of crisp $100 notes, and up to her room they went.
At the end of the hour, Natalie questioned the old man.
"No-one has ever used my services three nights in a row. Who are you, and where are you from?"
"I'm from Bathurst." he replied.
"Really?" said Natalie, "I have family in Bathurst."
"Yes, I know." said the old man, "Your father died recently, and I am your sister's solicitor. She asked me to give you your share of the inheritance: $3,000."

Good one Ray
might be worth going back to school to study law if they are the perks.
