Home-made pizza: anchovies, smoked mussells, hot salami, capers, fresh mushrooms, plus the usuals...
MMMmmmm!
I think I'll keep the cook on! She's only been 'on approval' for 38 years.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
Just finished mixing the necessary spices etc, cutting up the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger as well as getting the tomato paste, Carnation light evap milk & cornflower all organised for the reply to Dot'n'Georges roast pork dinner the other night.
Hope you left me some crackling Dot!!
Lesley, the Turbo oven is Dot's... were stuck with the Swift oven/grill (useless)/cooktop. If we get a cupla $$$ spare might seriously consider removing it & just have a cook top & get one of those big turbos.
We actually had a small version one that we got in a boot sale, $10 - but it was really too small for our needs so gave it away.
Will then have to get a genny for when we free camp!

That sounds yummy, Ros. Care to share the recipe? Just a sandwich for us tonight as we had lunch at the Cleveland Sands Hotel to bid farewell to my sister, her husband, sister-in-law and cousin before we head north next week.
