Hand out cards-Invitation to Join FORUM

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

"tanks" here---

I POSTED THIS MESSAGE re "HAND-OUT CARDS" ON OUR/THE FORUM A WEEK AGO---TO DATE THERE IS NO REPLY !

Do the "Forum Members" want to say anything about this idea, Do you want to promote the Forum and increase our Membership .?.

My way of thinking is; The more members we have, the more exposure we can get to the "how to do it" suggestions of our RV's who
have vast experience in living on the road and moving around this great country.

As a bloke who is just learning and I'm very new to camping out along the road in the Sprinter, I have met a lot of happy, contented people who have given me a lot of advise and guidance. You can gather a lot of "how to" suggestions just by sitting back and listening to the interaction and chatting around a "happy Hour" gathering. I have listened to others chatting and thought "I CAN DO THAT ON/TO (WITH) THE SPRINTER" .
I have also learnt a hell of a lot from reading the Forum comments and asking questions.
Keith.

Hi Tanks, The boss is a wee bit pre occupied at the mo and I hear he is having internet troubles. Personally I think the idea could be a goer but like everything people don't want to get involved for what ever reasons so hang tight till things get back to some sort of "normal"

"tanks" here--- Dot,
My post was directed towards the 400 plus listed members of the group, those of us who enjoy the benefits of being a member; not at the runners of the factory. Such benefits like being able to look at the vast coverage of almost all of Australia available in "WEZANIKKINOFF VIDEO" or Blogs and Still Photos with Wendy's commentary of different locations and towns and of the many free camping areas.
I am not perturbed at the lack of response by Admin as I have received their pm's and e-mail contacts, and I know that it is Easter and everybody is busy having a good time, [and some of them may be learning how to swim] down on the mighty Murray River.

My posting was placed on our Forum as a reminder to the MEMBERS to engage in the Forum activity and keep in touch with each other by making use of this avenue of communication. e.g. One member made a comment and this was the 1st posting he had made in just over one year ! What of the other 438 Members. As you say, Give It Time.
Keith.

"tanks" here Norman, What is a STICKEY ?
The last time I had a Stickey was at St Kilda when I was on leave in the Army. I think a "Stickey" has a different meaning now days.

I was recalling something a little more "upright & out front" than a parking ticket Steve, if you get the drift.
I did have both Stickies and they both cost me. It was a long time ago, but I am still a bit wary of Stickey things !.
