Pre cooked & vacuum sealed curried beef with fresh cooked Basmatti rice - big yum - especially with an extra dollop of sweet chilli sauce... Nav not too keen on the spicy stuff!
Bloody cold here - baby sitting George
- very windy & bucket loads of rain last night.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
Seeing as how George is batching for a couple of nights & last night he cooked himself a steak, but had a couple of phone calls whilst trying to eat tit... oops... that should read eat it.
Figured I'd better clarify that other wise Dot might get a bit pissed off - which as we all know is better than being pissed on!
By the time he got around to eating the steak it had gone cold... he had a bit, the cat had some more the the house doggy guest - Elly Mae - got the rest.
So... tonight we are inviting ourselves into the house to make amends. Thick Scotch Fillet steaks, beer battered wedges, eggs, maybe some baked farting material, & will probably have to put a bit of greenery or orangery stuff on the plate to at least make it look 'balanced'.
What are you having Dot...

We (I) are still having main meal in middle of the day then the hot shower. So relaxing in evening not having to worry about lots of food. Lunch to-day was salt & pepper chicken breasts from a butcher in Kingston & they were yum. Also got couple of local lamb chops for to-morrow.
Scrambled eggs for dinner to-night!

Spuds baked in the campfire with savory mince and grated cheese topper.

Just found out chicken and vegie soup, our soups are more like a stew. All left overs from Mummy's day, the chicken that is.
