The death of the CEO was on NBN my friend Christine's husband works in the management side of the club.

Shirley, how far North do you go in June? We are heading to Lightning Ridge for the end of July early August weekend for their opal festival... long story but we booked the market stall already. I know the nights will be chilly, but the days should be warmer than by the lake.

Maybe get up to Cairns but as long as we get passed that Tropic of Capricorn away from the cold weather.
We went to the Yowah opal festival a few years ago, it was good & a great free camp area (donation) toilets & hot showers.
