This Dump Point is north of Kalgoorlie and is easily accessable by big rigs and should be suitable for gravity drain tanks.
There is non potable water available to wash down the dump point.

I took those photos on our way to the Kalgoorlie rally. The council had just finished this installation (without assistance from CMCA) and it was not on Geowiki when we arrived, but it was listed on Geowiki before we left the site !!
