Ha Ha Ha, That's an interesting combination of equipment. The pin configuration of the GPO is unusual. Was the pic taken in Aust?

Bernie, Is that we will need to get when they reduce the solar feed in rate. If it is, I don't want one. Love the cable joint on the cable to the LH plug.

That picture is what is quite often provided in RV parks in the US. They mount them on anything fixed, fences, water tap posts, small wooden stakes, quite often just a normal double unswitched power point out in the weather is all you get.
The socket that has the round earth pin is a 20 amp for larger RV's and the one on the left would probably be a normal 10 amp outlet.
The short adapter cord is to allow a 20 amp cable/plug to connect to a 10 amp outlet.
They also use an adapter that has the larger 20 amp pins on the back and a 10 amp setup on the front.
No need to worry about circuit breakers, amphibians or anything, any cord will do and double adapters are rife.

 That one is going to take some beating Bob  There is the whole mix there, double adapters, none water resistant power adapters, a 4 spot inside power board, tied to the tree with it's own cord... this list goes on, where is Peter to adjudicate on the list of shattered standards in, his home state no less
