Casserole and mashed taters, been in the slow cooker for a few hours already smells good....YUM.
Yep its turned into that kind of weather Lindsey. we have had frosts each morning this week.

Kal zealand, i mean kalgoorlie. The iga shop near the airport has a nz section, with lemon ad paeroasoft drink. Choccie fish and other delicacies.

Oh yummo, thank you... :) Norman sent me over a block of white chocolate with L&P flavour. We are going through Kalgoorlie so guess where I will be visiting :lol:

Left over spag sauce with a few extra's thrown in and turned into mince on toast with last remaining potato... Really need to restock the fridge tomorrow before moving on again.

Fish 'n' Chips...
But not just any fish... fillets of wild-caught Barramundi, with home-made crumbing (Joy's special recipe with 11 secret herbs & spices ;) ) and home-made chips.
