Back on topic we have been fitting the grey water pipes and the fresh water as well.
The grey water tank is in the boot [not where I would have liked] but its in and plumbed.
you will see in one of the pics the way the water exits the bus thru a small 4"X4" roof flashing from old mate at Bunnings, perfect seal.
Remember way back when I said Carol wanted some wall paper ? well its not gunna be... as you can see we are curing Perspex to the wall using timber bracing, it is held on with 'Sika' FC11. The bracing will stay up till tomorrow.
I have stopped with the gas as my Nephew [plumber] has informed me that my pipe is to small a diameter. I only bought the pipe as that size is on both my stove and hot water service. So I'm in his hands now regarding the gas works.
We have also run all the fresh water pipe from the boot where the tank will be to the front of the bus thru the water filters and pump, it is connected to the shower but not the sink as yet.

Wonderful Bernie & Carol!!
Won't be long now..... few cakes of soap, bottle of shampoo & a couple of beach towells and you'll be out the driveway!!!
I like your water tank gauge!! Clear hose = no water = empty = no shower!! ;) ;)
Someone told me there's a product called "Simpson" that is much cheaper than Sika but I have no idea where you buy it.
For others info Bernie & myself have spent our next years allowance on water tank gauge sending units.
Mine are going into black, grey & drinking water tanks. One benefit of these units is that we don't need t crawl inside our tanks.
Drill a hole, poke it in & screw it up expanding the seal.

Bernie is going to put one upside down (Typical of him?) to switch on when tank is only part full. (25%) (drinking water)

Simson isn't cheaper really, but it is a good product to work with. Having used both, the Simson is better for outside use as it doesn't yellow or go powdery on the surface like Sika does. It has a better quick stick quality to it and it does come off with a liberal soaking in turps. There is a new kid on the block call T Rex, supposed to be instant fix yet it can be repositioned if needed. Non too sure about the instant fix part after gluing a small water pump into a different housing, giving it 30 mins to skin off, fitted it up and the head pressure of a few metres of water promptly pushed the pump back out of the housing. But a 12hr set and it's held good since, it will glue under water as well so that's a plus as well. Around $10 or so for a cartridge though, can't get it in sausages, but it does come in a crystal clear so glass joining could be good use for it when building flat windscreen conversions.

Here's how those two panels turned out plus a photo for Bruce.
The splash backs are clear perspecs that Carol painted on the inside with the same paint that the cupboards are painted with.
Bruce I was trying to post the timber in PM but wont work there?

You're doing a wonderful job there Bernie.
I hope you left a couple of holes for Bunnies to hide under the wood heap?
I'll check out the PM permissions but I think it's limited to one attachment.
I'm not sure I'd like the sides up either side of the sink......... you'll have to wait till Carol finishes washing up before you start drying?

Bruce I was only trying to post the timber photo. That's about half of what I have here to cut.
Mate I would look a bit silly with a dish washing towel, we use paper plates saves water easy to put in rubbish bins.
Hi Shirley, we are not expecting any craze the is no direct sun lite on them.....we hope?
