If I was to put another 2 or 3 or maybe four panels do I need to change the regular or will the pl20 cope have 400 watt at the moment thing of maybe 600 or 800 if I pick the size to fit all the little spaces up there can put three around air con another one next to tv antenna and I got one space left out the front above the windscreen on the roof
Maybe leave the existing setup & create a completely seperate 'new' one?
Call it redundancy? If one fails or is shaded the other will keep on keeping on..........

Maybe go to the system that T1 explained to you so that you can nearly use as much solar as you want without upgrading your solar controller. If not just buy a bigger controller and add more panels. I know which way I would go.
Yes I think bigger as I all ready have T1 system 200ah ,400 solar , pl20 , and 220 l fridge ,with diesel heater ,and two inverters a 1000 watt for tv ,laptop , sandwich maker
The three thousand is hard wire direct to the Li cells ok
From a quick look at most people's usage I reckon you need at least 400Ah @ 12V of batteries, at least 800w of solar & an understanding partner!!!
Just tell "her" that she'll be able to use the hair dryer if you get more panels/batteries!!! That'll do it!!
