Some reading for you slowhand http://www.businessspectator.com.au/art ... ly&modapt= My wife is a computer tech for CSC (Computing Sciences Corporation) and I can most definitely assure you Linux in all it's forms are under attack.

If you want to go ahead and build a Linux based BMS system it's up to you, all I was trying to do was save you from some serious headache time.

Terry, Linux is not windows and that's it. The space craft currently cruising along side the meteor runs on a linux system, simply because they are so reliable and crash proof.

As for BMS and active cell balancing, it's up to the individual as to what they do. I like the idea of having cells balanced and happy, without me having to do anything. That can only be achieved using lifepo4, when you have a BMS system which not only protects it, but charges it in an even and safe way.

This has always been a forum of big love - not one upmanship - even if we do put forward differing opinions.

There. I've said it. Someone has to!

The flow is good, Bruce. Not up to taking full boost yet - still a bit of discomfort and a bit of blood from time to time. At the end of the day I would say to anyone with the simple enlarged prostate problem, get it done. Really, there is no pain involved - just discomfort.
