Steve your hitting my wish list, will be down the bottom of Vic next year but not allowed (this time ) to jump on the boat bugga..
I have to go see some 'challenged' people in SA apparently, so watch out you crow eaters.
Rianna is another good spot not free about 10 bucks, I think sorta south of Burnie.
Bernie.
Yep Peter has just posted as well, mate you were down there for quite a while you should know some good spots as well?

Ahhh a night of story telling at Strathalbyn sounds pretty good to me  , although it must also be said that a certain Kiwi gentleman  has a bit to answer for as well.

Its always been on our wish list too Bernie but it was always a bit hard to justify the expense of taking the bus over on the ferry ( over $1700 return for the bus and toad at concession rates ). Well, after the year we've just had, bugger the expense, you're a long time dead.

Hi Steve

Did you book the Terios on seperate? We did works out cheaper.
At Bay of Fires we stayed at Cosy Corner North #27 Camps 7, Lagoons Beach #37, Triabunna #43 (Spring Bay Hotel) or across the road in open block, town very rv friendly, ferry to Maria Island.
At Launceston we stayed at Old Macs Farm and Fishery not far from the CBD.

Regards Geoff
PS Sharyn's comment we love Tasmania, (in the summer, by April it will be getting pretty cold.)

Hi Geoff, yes we booked the Terios seperately. Thanks for all the suggestions I'm starting to compile quite a list now. We'd heard about the weather and thought it would be time to leave by early April. After the April MB rally we intend to drift around South Australia before heading west for the Albany rally so we should warm up quite well.
