Travel Plans For This Year

Leslie, we may be passing through Bingara, but don't have any real set time frames. We sort of go to a place and stay as long as we want before heading off again. Apart from relaxing by the Gwyder, what have you found of interest in Bingara?

Deborah, we only arrived here yesterday, visited the Info Centre and butcher. As this is just a staging post for 2 nights, we won't be unhitching so not much exploration of the area apart from reversing the van down a track that had deteriorated to a muddy bog after about 150 meters! Finally found the best spot to camp by the river - coming from the north, turn right before the first bridge into White Street, then follow the signage to the allowed camping area. 7 day max stay, no facilities and need to be self contained but just lovely and only a short drive to town for those who can be bothered to unhitch. Dump point and water at the showground. This is definitely a spot we will return to for a longer stay. Deborah, hopefully we will catch up another time.

We are also planning to stay a few days in Bingara that spot down Whites road can we fit our big rig in?
We do have the advantage of taking the Zuk of its hitch and go look if needed.

The last is a big motorhome. Not crowded at the moment but that is bound to change closer to Easter. So about the position of the sun in the pics.
