Spose I could let ya stay in the camper if ya make it over.
I will have to plug it in if ya want aircon.

awesome hamo, sounds good to me lol.

ros, i too am looking forward to a cuppa.

well todays update.

i got on facebook and with vals help tracked down the phone to the info center i left it at so all good there.

then john and pam said they would be calling by there today and would pick it up and send it to me. awesome thanks guys. its in the mail now to ballarat.

so after finally leaving jugiong about 9.30ish, hard to get madie off the play ground once new friends arrive, we made it all the way to the dog on the tuckerbox to make a phone call. not a public phone in sight but the lady at the big road house let me use the phone to call the info center. all sorted.

now reverse a few days and i stopped at a rest area on top of the moonbies to stretch and stuff and found a young fella and an over heated car. left him my 4 ltr water bottle for when it cooled enough to use. the car not my water lol. good dead for the day done off i went minus one water bottle.

fast forward to today i have my karma paid back two fold.

first john picks up and sends on my phone and next a lady let me use hers to call the NRMA. yes another mishap with big red.

this morning i thought better check the water level cause its been working pretty hard the last few days over hills and really hot weather. i took my 600lm bottle out and it didnt even take that much before over flowing. short while later at the dog on the tuckerbox i noticed a little drip and thought oh its just over flow. some time later stopped for the loo and checked the drip - turns out it was the bottom radiator hose clamy worked a little loose and so the lovely lady also at the stop allowed me use of her phone to call NRMA man. he came as my screw driver was too small for the clamp. he got under and well he replaced that clamp with a new one i had in the boot so it was all good again.

arrived at wangaratta after 4pm and into the lovely air con at my neices place - will hold up here for a few days since the temps are set to soar to over 40.

Just catching up with your log AM, we don't use the computer much when travelling. Sounds like an adventure .... which all trips should be.

We over nighted with Brian at Maldon and had a great time. I think Maddie would like the steam train,

I thought of charging your phone so Val could check on it while it was in Aust Posts care but sense got the better of me.

Hi Am Maldon is only about 1hr from Ballarat its between Bendigo and Ballarat, so you can do it from both ends or travel through it depending on which way you are travelling, a great little historic town and the train is great.. Very Hot and Windy here today..

Cheers Ros.
