After driving rigid cab over Kenworths for while I can tell you comfort and travelling do not belong in the same sentence
That one doesn't appear to have enough clearance between cab and body to have the air bag upgrade either so you are sitting right over the steer wheels, every bump they find you feel

That one is a converted horse float, that's the reason for the bogie drive.... horse tie points along the side are a bit of a give away as well

That is one hell of a conversion though. It looks like a Silver Eagle Bus body has been grafted to a Kenworth Cab/Chassis. Just that would have been an achievement before the M/Home conversion. You would have to hope that it was airbags otherwise I would expect a fairly harsh ride. At least it would keep up with the trucks when on the main highways.
