Telstra Credit me2u pre paid ipad2 to pre paid mobile
by Nomads » Thu Jul 23, 2015 10:50 pm
G'day all,
Does anyone know if it is still possible to credit up to $10 per day from a (Telstra) pre paid iPad to a (Telstra) pre paid mobile.
If it is possible, how do I do it?
I used to be able to do it via My Account but the option has disappeared from here.
Not interested in mobile to iPad, only iPad to mobile.
Regards,
Ian

All fixed as Telstra have revamped the "My Account" settings and Credit me 2u is now one of the selections.

So it's transferring data excess to mobile, can it go the other way as well?

G'day Terry,
Don't know if it can go the other way as only have "my account" on the iPad and only ever needed to go from iPad to mobile.
However, I would assume (we all know what that does!!) you could do it as it only asks for the mobile number you wish to transfer the excess to.
There is a limit of $10 per day and a $0.25 fee per transfer.
Regards,
Ian

Thanks Ian, we have a heap of prepaid data on one of those Telstra dongle things that gets wasted each year, so maybe we can transfer it to another account to get some use out of it.
