Yes David it was a nice sunny day here today but when it comes to 4pm the coolness of the evening comes rolling in. Glad your nasty wind has gone away.

We looked at a few places in Mannum that had possibilities for an interstate shift as the prices are so low, then looked at the weather and min-max temps through out the yrs...

mmmm Mannum is becoming the playground for the rich, a bit like Robe or Victor Harbor.
Berri has some good cheap properties and will remain pretty cheap because of it being known as an aboriginal haven. (close to a reserve)
Pension day is to be avoided.
