Sick of ads?

http://www.adfender.com/
Adfender is free but asks for a donation.
It even stops the ads before they get downloaded so save a little data as well.

G'day Bruce, haven't had to put up with ads, popups, worms, viruses or hacks for many years, since using linux exclusively. Adblockplus in firefox works excellently and it's free. Plus you can download a few extras to make it even better. if you use noscript with it, you have control over your computer and can decide what and what you don’t want on your system. Then add Ghostery and you can block all tracking cookies automatically, if you use Priv3+, you have added protection and all free.

I've just installed it, Bruce. Is the default setup satisfactory?

Yes it was for me Steve but even though I selected it to start when Windows starts, it didn't start up. I had to right click the icon near the clock & select "enable filtering". Check yours immediately after a reboot.
I don't get to see my own Google Ads now so I guess I'll have trouble earning enough to cover the cost of the forum website!!!
You can easily select Google Ads enabled if you want!
Sit your curser over the icon & mine says ........ Ads blocked = 629 & also Bandwidth Saved = 4.4MB
