Maybe you already have an add on in your browser if you NEVER see any advertising?
Surely you get a couple when you go to gumtree?
Usually these ads are down the side of web pages.
You MUST see them in Apple computers too because they say this program will work on it as well.
If you don't have a problem then it's of no interest to you!!

Just installed Adblock Plus and Ghostery. Think I had adblock before but not sure.

As for those Apple jibes above disguised as incentives; an ol joke about what's the difference between a computer salesman and a car salesman? The car salesman knows when he's lying.

The difference between Bill Gates and the late Steve Jobs is that at least you know and fully understand that you are being had with Bill, but at a more realistic (?) price. :(

dawg (still frustrates at times though)
Experience is a wonderful thing. It helps you recognise a mistake when repeated.

Steve if you copy this, one line at a time into FILTERS & CUSTOM you can then receive ONLY Google Ads but still stop any others.

I use gumtree nearly every day Bruce and don't see any ads, in fact can't remember when I was faced with ads on a site. Got s friend who uses apple computing and they always have lots of ads, can't convince them to change to a really secure private system and search engines that don’t collect to direct advertising to you and sell your info as apple and microsoft do.
