I wonder if some of these comments may encourage the council's responsible to post a 20 minute parking zone for the area in front of the dump points? They have no trouble doing that in front of post offices.
I was going to suggest it be a condition of CMCA subsidy but there are quite a few around that are not the subsidised ones.
