Hi, all.
BernieQ

Appreciate your concern, but we carry heaps of water, Long Life milk, cornflakes and dog bikkies.

BTW Steffie appears to have reconciled herself to her recent bereavement. This PM the little sweetie managed to reach, and only just chewed through, enough insulation from a neighbour's lead to cut off power for ourselves, three 5th wheelers, coupla Jaycos, a new model Talvor, two nice Sunliners and a converted Hino. So glad to see the smile back on her face.

See you on the back roads,
shonky et al.

Thanks Shirley I don't think scripts will be a problem.
Most of ours are available without scripts, their just cheaper with them. but will have enough to get us through.
Still planning all of the suggestions are great we are not averse to changing our plans to suit.
We have earmarked a few as drop in spots but may become stay spots depends on the weather or over crowding.
Bernie.

Bernie, today I actually found the elusive powdered whole eggs in Coles.. from what others on the CF have said about them they are well worth taking on trips. The brand name is Farm Pride and a container of the equiv to a dozen eggs was about the $3.50 mark. No refridgeration needed and takes little space..

Will pass on the powdered eggs Dot, we don't eat processed food, just as easy to carry the real thing.
Meat and three veg's that's me.
And Carol does the cooking.

If they are anything like the ones I remember, after the navy cooks had got through with them, we used to call the the scrambled eggs "rubber eggs" they were served like scraps of rubber floating in cloudy water.
Jokes aside, the navy cooks didn't do that bad a job, they weren't too bad when fresh made the problem was the scrambled eggs were heaped in a bain marie and left to stew for an hour or so.
