with the fridge going 24/7 i check the battery monitor every day usual by 10 or 11 the battery monitor say full do i take this to mean the cell are full or do i need to turn on some thing else like ,fans use some think that will use battery power :?:

Your charger should reduce how much it feeds into the battery Wayne.
Can you read how many watts are going in on that battery monitor?
There's no problem if the panels are in full sun at midday and the battery is full and not taking much or any of the charge.

Yes can read battery monitor putting in 15 amp yesterday ok
