The property next door is a house and classed as residential, our workshop is the first in the Mannum council industrial estate, I think the wood working place next door is probably the only other industry in their industrial estate by the look of it, all the others are grandfathered into the zoning it seems. A serious mix of big industrial, hospital, nursing home, light industrial, shopping complex and housing all down the same road. We plan to use the "ask for forgiveness rather than permission" approach as far as staying on the property, but I know they would buck up if we started modifying the workshop to live in. I would love to build a room on top of the roof for lazy day relaxing as there would be a great view from up there.

I get to keep some of them, but not the race bikes and planes. Jerry was a major force in GP racing for many yrs and the walls are decorated with photos of his race winning bikes including a Matchless that ran second in the Isle of Mann.... he was so p*ssed off at being first place looser he quite GP racing for many yrs. It appears a win wasn't good enough unless it was clear gap win where no one could say it was the luck of the day.
