With the current debacle going on about older drivers, this is quite funny.
Read this letter in Saturday’s Herald Sun Re: “Older Drivers” and I thought it was well written.
As they say many a true word is spoken in jest.
For the benefit of my interstate friends.
We have a small minority group in Melbourne (probably in their 30’s) who are advocating that all drivers over 75 should hand in their driver’s licence.
This has not received a good response, even from drivers in their late 50’s & early 60’s.

Sorry to the other lot out there, I havent had a fine for over 18 years. I will have to improve my lot and start to do all them things.. Why should the kids have all the fun!!!
