We is in Lake Illawarra at the moment, probably leaving Sunday to head back to Upper Mannum, depends on solicitors and maybe the real estate agent, had an offer already on the place wonder what a For Sale sign out the front would do
We need to pick up a shipping container and transfer stuff from the one here to get the weight reduced to truck capable levels. Before we do that, we need to stop the water leak via the water pump and we don't seem to be able to locate a Ford Cargo water pump, not even the Ford dealer has a listing.
Next we need to find what caused the power loss that started at the bottom of Macquarie Pass, blocked filters or a stuck exhaust brake are the most likely suspects. Besides one of the ramps falling down halfway across the Hay plains with a hell of a bang and scaping noises and the fact that 90km/h makes it a long trip, it was a fairly uneventful trip. We left Upper Mannum at 1:30pm and arrive in the driveway at Lake Illawarra 25hrs later, and a whole 2 hrs sleep in Kombi still tidied on the back of the truck in Jugiong thrown in as a bonus

We now have a3 way bidding war and the place only went on the website today. We just had a young couple pull up to have a look and we ivited them to look through.... so maybe 4 way bidding war now. Can't believe it, who knows what the value will be here in 12 mths time, might be more than now or if the steelworks closes.... more or less??? This area has become a commuter village for those who can't afford to live in Sydney or actually want the relaxed life style that this area offers.... but we have moved on so the place has to go.

You'll have to see Margaret about te shouting thing, it's her house not mine, I got a MAN SHED From what we can figure out the first home buyer couple won the bidding war and we think they were signing the contract tonight, we will know tomorrow.
we thought we had a second win today, a quite good condition container for $600, so we paid up immediately....turns out the young lady showed us the wrong container, the $600 one had the roof rusted out, so off searching for another one tomorrow
