Nah, I reckon there will be nil mechanical events or flat tyres. There has already been a Nhill event in May.

Good point Brian,
maybe it needs two; outward bound and home.

Re: Our first holiday away in a while
NAH no mice but the wood working tools getting a work out.
Spice rack nearly finished as well as a glad wrap etc holder nearly done and if I had my lathe bits I could get into the lathe.
Storm just hit so expect to loose power soon but all the cutting is done so just gluing and putting together. Just the backs to cut then think of something else.
Nearly collected everything together for the house boat but when it gets close there will be a panic as I set of a few days after with my mate and his wife for a weeks shakedown cruise.
Take Bruces phone number in case of needing rescue but wont go far just out and about to relax.

Re: Our first holiday away in a while
Brian you need to have a chat with me! Are you doing the pontoons while on the slip?
I've got a stack of 50% ones. 18 litres of black pontoon paint too..............
Wind has died a little now the rain has started but watch out for 3AM I reckon.
The marina manager has been busy throwing heaps of ropes (extras) on houseboats everywhere.
An hour ago waves were nearly big enough to surf!
