How's this for 1500W of solar?

608AH in one day from 1500W.....
Geez, we are power hogs! lol

I calculated around 500AH was our optimal input, so another 100AH is pretty impressive.
And 86A from an 80A controller

What's the best you have harvested in your van?

PS Ignore the min voltage..... it's the solar reading when the kettle is going before the sun comes up. The rest of the system reads 12.5V when this is reading 11.9V

Thats pretty impressive. I have seen the pl60 hit the 60a. I only have 960w though

125 amps from 1900w of semi flexible panels I'll try to get a photo tomorrow before Jon takes his 5er away, not bad for a dumb PWM controller eh It runs a twin head 3.5kW split system air con with both units on full and still has a bit left for battery charging. By mid-day with the air con still running the battery is back to 100% SOC after the bedroom unit running all night.... ya gotta be happy with that, sure hope Jon will be happy with it

I can accept 115A out of 1900W, 125A doesn't equate unless under scattered cloud. I have seem 109A under scattered cloud with mine - problem is the display doesn't allow for it and it shows 9A - and has me hoping the smoke will stay in the box!

I'm thinking of making an awning out of panels to double my solar, can never have enough.

The 1900w of semi flexible panels is correct Craig, you even climbed the ladder to check them out on the roof of the 5er. David picked it though, scattered cloud and cloud edge effect, the norm is around 105 amps to 110 amps, but the 1.7kW and 125 amps were shown on the Victron BMV at the time. I wonder if the sun and clouds will work together again today before Jon comes and takes the 5er home.
Now if only I'd had an MPPT controller that could handle 1900w @ 13.6v I could have gone from 89% efficiency to ..... well those who have actually done a true comparison would know which way that would have gone

I was rethinking I had my post wrong, but the panels would have to have a Vmp of 15V to push out 125A consistently.
Panels typically have a Vmp of 17V.

That said, I have 34V panels, so I do manage to squeeze a little more out of them earlier and later in the day.

It still excites me to no end when I see 80A pushing in. 115A would have me very excited! lol

Well, I beat my record today.
Over 630AH collected. And there is still a gap in the graph where it cut off before I turned something on so it would collect more.
Target is 700AH in one day!

I'll never beat your record because my meter only records what goes into or out of the batteries. Anything used directly isn't recorded.
I had a water pump going all day that doesn't show as generated.
