Parked in the carpark at St. Kilda Marina, $6.00. Watched the ferry leave [still in sight] and watching all the healthy Melbournites walking, running and cycling along the waterfront. Off to the St. Kilda markets and coffee shops now. [0945].

Re: Where's Pet-els?
Peter,
Nice rig.
We almost bought a 29 before we found Girt. Planned to use a Nissan Navara for tug.
I gather your tug-tray boxes are to overcome the shortage of (under-floor) storage in the Travelhome for long-term travelling... which is the reason we switched plans.
I still like your outfit, though.
Now watch for Bounding Bipeds... and trees!
PS
You call it a 309 (which I assume indicates a 30-footer), although the signage says it's a 29-footer. What's a foot between friends?

Re: Where's Pet-els?
It's over 40*C at the moment Bruce, I thought tomorrow was supposed to be the cool change dropping it to 26*C.
The boat when I went across in '78 and again in '79 to move all our stuff to Tassie was quite a unit, really good when the swell was up
Went to the first CMCA Tassie rally in 2004 or there abouts it was a real flash boat in comparison

Arrived safely in Tasmania, travelled to Ulverstone to the free camp there and there are Charlie & Yvonne Sorel in their MH.

Good one Peter, now just behave yourself whilst overseas or you may not be allowed back in here.

We are Tasmania too. Currently at Turners Beach and heading to Kindred Tomorrow for three nights. Then up to Penguin.
