deleting foto's

I have been asked a question...how does one delete photo's from Facebook on a HTC mobile phone??? The photos are on the phone taken by the person who I'm asking for.

The phone George , facebook apparently takes control of all photos ?

On my phone I locate the photo, open it, click on options, select delete and answer yes.

doesn't give a options George as I said ALL the photos go directly to the facebook app.
