Post by Mrcoolabah1au »

Just wondering what size cable to put on my car have measured from aframe to battery is about 4 metres a shade more from the back of the bus along the a frame it's self
Then from the back of the bus the controls box is five meters i was thing maybe 6 mm auto or 6 b&s will have to have a separate cable from tow ball along the a frame to the car which has a vsr connection to the solar panel ?

I'd go with 6B&S, for no other reason than than it is good.

6 B&S is the size of the holes in the 50 amp Anderson plug contacts so you can't go bigger unless you go for higher amperage/bigger plugs, so stick with Lance's advice and go with 6 B&S cable (13.5mmsq not 6mm auto cable cause that's only 4.35mmsq)
