Oh dear, Mr Toolman, not a clever thing to do. Hope you feel a lot betterer soon.

You wonder how many times a vehicle gets a parking ticket before someone has to properly investigate the reasons behind the overdue presence. So many explanations come to mind and extra parking tickets wont help it to be moved if it has no available driver or is owned by a backpacker who has left the country.
Dot, feeling any better for your holiday ???

Well bilbies at Charleville was a very interesting experience, which I loved BUT the town has other things that I would have loved to visit also. Each one involved being at the scene at 3-pm, so we had to choose only one of them. One was an old pub tour, so we visited the old bank and residence that is now a museum (at 11am) so we had our fix of marble fireplaces, cedar skirting boards etc. Next on the list was an old secret airforce base where they built the atomic bomb for Hiroshima. So after a bit of research we made up our own tour, found the munitions shed, saw the old huts where the men were hidden, that 3pm tour wasn't needed either. That only left the bilby conservation place for our 3pm appointment.
All good, now tomorrow we will be getting a lot closer to NSW.

so it's goodnight from me xxx
Deborah

Broken pelvis...3 places.....tell me about it....... :|

I did that back in January last year at the Newstead Folk Festival, 3.30am in the camp kitchen during a ripper jam session...... tripped over a BBQ leg..............I said damn.
Hurt a bit but I stood up to watch the rest of the session till the Ambos turned up from Bendigo.
Shouldn't have done that apparently, left me an inch short in the left leg.....

Anyway, about 3 weeks in Hospital, 2 weeks in Rehab and slow times at home. All good now, or at least as good as it's gonna get.

Hope your recovery is quicker than mine Kevin, pain's a bitch ;)

18 days to the next appearance of the "IT"
Beautiful weather down here at Normanville SA, fish and chips again tonight as the fresh catch comes in today woo hoo. Suppose a walk along the beach is in order. Ladders seem to be nasty to the males.. Lance will you stop making up excuses for your falls, we all know it is that "red drink" that trips you up

Lance have you not heard that ladders & "ageing" men should not come in contact!

I don't often get up a ladder Kay.
It was Kevin who had the 'incident' with the ladder.
