Ummm..... the red light on the Kemo timer module says the timer is cycling and the battery is not charging cause the SSR has been turned off because there has been an alarm signal, the green light says the SSR is being powered. Only the Victron BMV will tell you if the battery is actually charging or discharging cause the battery can only charge if the solar input is greater than the load at the time.
