We have safely arrived in Taree and are staying besides the river at Dawson River tourist park. What a lovely spot this is. So after all the long drive, I need some ugly sleep. Tomorrow, we will set up our tables after lunch ready for the weekend sales.

Our tables are all ready for tomorrow's trading. It really is a long weekend when we are trying to turn glass into petrol but we are happy to be giving it a go....beats staying home and doing very little. We went to the hammer shop today and found that they have some mega sized punnets of dahlia seedlings. So they came home with me. Guess, some time will be spent in the home garden next week. They are amazing little plants. I put in a huge punnet full every year. Some return year after year and others, just never seem to make that bulby rhizome to return. When we left home there were about a dozen plants starting to poke through. Now I will add about 4 dozen more, soo the Christmas flowers for the local bees will be beeeeeooootiful.


Time for me to get some ugly sleep, so good night all n sundry xxx

We had a really good day today at Taree. The people just kept us running until around 3pm. So it was a good day and they had money to spend with us. So happy Jan here.

Now, all this running around has made me exhausted so I am off to an early nap.

Glad that you are back up and attem Dot.
Today we certainly turned more glass into petrol... what a great magic trick that was. Had a customer break an expensive pendant and just wander off without saying anything. Stuff it, the pendant can be refired to make a different style, but it wont lose its value. Just makes more W*** for this little black duck. I sold so many earings that I will have to make some more, but it was well worth it.

So its a very tired dragon lady tonight,

Today we had a celebratory lunch at Taree yacht club, very nice bbqed seafood, followed up with a magnum. Tomorrow we will head back down the highway to home.
