"tanks" here---George,
Good to read that the "fix-it" problem is solved and you can get on with repairs at your leisure without any great financial loss or further delay.
In fairness to Ken Tame--after reading your previous posting--- that you could clarify if the problem was with Ken Tame, or was it with the Insurance Company Assessor.
In my previous dealings [several high cost claims] I have only had full satisfaction with Ken Tame and their handling of my claims.
When there has been a problem the matter was with the assessor and not with Ken Tame.
My phone call to Ken Tame Claims Manager had this sorted very quickly to my satisfaction.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
