Good to read that the "fix-it" problem is solved and you can get on with repairs at your leisure without any great financial loss or further delay.
In fairness to Ken Tame--after reading your previous posting--- that you could clarify if the problem was with Ken Tame, or was it with the Insurance Company Assessor.
In my previous dealings [several high cost claims] I have only had full satisfaction with Ken Tame and their handling of my claims.
When there has been a problem the matter was with the assessor and not with Ken Tame.
My phone call to Ken Tame Claims Manager had this sorted very quickly to my satisfaction.
